At The Eastern Hues, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in limited quantities to maintain its exclusivity. Our products are made using fine fabrics like cottons, silks, and dupions, all of which are sterilised and steam ironed before dispatch. As a result, we do not offer exchanges or returns. However, in the rare case that a product is damaged or differs from what was ordered, we will be happy to assist, provided the following conditions are met

• You received a product that is damaged or not the same as what you ordered.
• You email us at sales@theeasternhues.com within 24 hours of delivery.
• Your email must include clear photos of the defect, your order number, and delivery address.
• Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
• Once a query is received, our team will get in touch with you within 2 - 4 working days.
